Tributes paid to ‘lovely young man’, 22, who died in horror lorry crash on Scots road…
TRIBUTES have flooded in for a "lovely young man" who died following a horror crash between a car and a lorry.
Mercy[1] crews raced to the B7078, near Lesmahagow in South Lanarkshire, on Thursday morning.

Blane Rundell, who was the driver of the car, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured.
Friends and family flocked to social media to pay tribute to the 22-year-old, from the Lanarkshire area.
A 20-year-old man was arrested in connection with a road traffic offence.
One person wrote: "He was a gentleman, sending love to all his family."
Another said: "A lovely young man who will be missed sorely."
A third added: "You were one in a million son, you will be sadly missed. Thinking of all the family at this time."
A fourth put: "He will be a big miss to everyone that knew him."

One family member commented: "You were a true gentleman and a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend.
"God takes the good first and he certainly did when he took you, Blane. RIP pal, sleep tight."
Police[2] have asked for anyone who saw the vehicles before the collision or has dash cam footage to get in touch.
Sergeant Chris McColm, of the Lanarkshire Road Policing Unit, said: "Our thoughts are with Blane’s family at this very difficult time.
"We are continuing to work to establish the full circumstances and would urge anyone who may have information which has not yet been passed to police to get in touch.
"Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference 0524 of 7 December."
