The Laira Rail Bridge is temporarily closed for essential maintenance.

The off-road walking and cycling link, which connects The Ride and the Laira Cycleway, requires repairs to its deck plates and non-slip surface.

Walkers and cyclists are being diverted via the Laira Road Bridge footway during the works, which are expected to take up to three weeks.
