Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal crash yesterday afternoon in South Gloucestershire.

It happened on the A4174 at about 5.25pm last night (December 5), when a scaffolding lorry crashed into the central reservation.

It then overturned where it crashed, near Mangotsfield.

"No other vehicles are believed to have been involved in the incident.

"The A4174 was closed between the Dramway and Siston Hill roundabouts while initial enquiries were carried out at the scene.
