M4 delays after two rush hour crashes

There was queuing traffic on the M4 after two crashes on Tuesday mroning. The incidents were separate from each other, with one on the westbound carriageway between Junction 43 A465 (Llandarcy) and Junction 44 A4230 Peniel Green Road (Llansamlet), and one on the eastbound carriageway between Junction 35 A473 (Pencoed, Bridgend) to Junction 34 A4119 (Miskin, Vale Of Glamorgan).

At the scene of the accident on the westbound carriageway, one lane was closed causing congestion to before Junction 41 (Baglan / Pentyla). A lorry was involved in the incident, reports traffic monitoring service Inrix.
