Lorry driver accused of causing deaths of Tyrone trio in Christmas …
A LORRY driver has appeared in court on accused of causing the deaths of three Tyrone men and serious injuries to a fourth during a horrific collision two Christmases ago.
Peter McNamee, from Sixmilecross; Nathan Corrigan, from Garvaghy and Peter Finnegan, from Clogher, who were all aged in their 20s, were travelling in a car on the A5 Omagh Road, Garvaghy which was in collision with a Volvo truck on December 27, 2021.
All three died at the scene while the fourth man sustained serious injuries.
Dublin-based HGV driver Donatas Timinskas is accused of causing the deaths and GBH by driving dangerously.
