Collision, break down and flooding causing delays and travel disruption on major road

Two incidents are causing delays on the A1 near Newark.

A minor crash between two lorries is causing queues and delays at the B6326 Northbound exit towards Fernwood.

There are further delays on the Northbound carriageway near Newark as as broken down car is blocking a lane near the railway bridge.

Traffic delays have been reported on the A1.

Police are at the scene while the recovery vehicle is awaited.

The Souththbound B6326 exit slip at Fernwood also remains closed due to flooding.
