Watch Prince William and Kate snorkel to see coral loss

The Prince and Princess of Wales have released video of them snorkelling in the Bahamas to promote the work of a company that helps to restore coral reefs.

The couple, both 41, visited Coral Vita’s facility in Freeport last year to see how it grows coral on land to replant in oceans.

The footage, uploaded to their YouTube channel, shows the couple exploring underwater and William planting coral on the sea bed.

The visit to Coral Vita, which was one of the winners of the Earthshot prize[1] in 2021, is believed to have taken place during their eight-day Caribbean tour in March last year.
