Peterborough shopping centre reopens after ‘security threat …

A Peterborough shopping centre has reopened after a 'security threat' forced it to close its doors. A manager at a shop at Queensgate shopping centre called police at around 9.30am on Wednesday (November 8) about a report of a security threat to their shop.

The centre, as well as the nearby bus station, were both evacuated as a precaution. Emergency services are also currently on the scene of the incident and multiple changes to bus journeys were put in place.
