Howden Scotland acquires Neilson Laurence & Neil
Howden Scotland, formerly known as Bruce Stevenson, has acquired Glasgow-based business insurance firm Neilson Laurence & Neil.
The transaction strengthens Howden’s presence in Scotland, with Neilson Laurence & Neil set to fully integrate into the Howden Glasgow team, broadening its portfolio of insurance and risk management solutions, while increasing the scope of services offered, including directors and officers, professional indemnity and motor insurance.
