Glastonbury Festival 2024: How many tickets punters have to fight …

The mad rush for Glastonbury Festival[1] tickets begins tomorrow (Thursday, November 2) when the coach tickets for the 2024 event gets underway.

Thursday’s initial sale will be followed by the scramble for general admission tickets at 9am on Sunday, when hundreds of thousands of punters will be looking to secure a coveted place at Worthy Farm between June 26-30. Tickets generally sell out within minutes, with demand to visit the festival far outstripping supply.

But how many tickets are available to members of the public, and what is the capacity of the huge Pilton site as a venue that spends most of the year as a working dairy farm is transformed into a musical metropolis for five magical days?
