Extremely rare job opening for trainee drivers on ‘magical’ railway line

ScotRail^[1] is searching for trainee train drivers on a "magical" railway line in the Scottish Highlands.

The "extremely rare" vacancy offers the opportunity to drive through some of the "most scenic landscapes on Earth" in Fort William^[2].

It includes the Glenfinnan Viaduct, a view familiar to Harry Potter^[3] fans as the route of the Hogwarts Express.

But the successful candidate will need to be someone who "won't let themselves be distracted by the breathtaking scenery", ScotRail said.
