Travel firm opens new high street store in North Wales town
Jones Holidays, part of Alpine Travel, has relocated its Flint store to the high street. The company had been located on Chester Road for many years but has now moved to Church Street in a move it hopes will improve the service it can offer customers.
Beverley Cooke, head of sales and marketing at Alpine Travel, said: “Our highly-experienced travel representatives have taken up their new position on the high street location this week, and Jones Holidays are delighted to be able to offer their customers an in-person experience.
“While online bookings are a great way to offer convenience to many, the new high street shop is the perfect location to ensure that we can offer our customers the opportunity to book in person with our sales team – building relationships with customers is an important aspect of Jones Holidays.”
This news follows the successful launch of the Jones Holidays Travel Shop in Craig y Don, Llandudno[1] in 2021. The company has also expanded its home pick-up area, increasing its routes to now include Cheshire East, North Shropshire, and Warrington.
