Tiptree crash leaves motorcyclist dead after crash involving parked …

A motorcyclist has died following a crash on an Essex road. Police and paramedics were called to Station Road, Tiptree, shortly after 10.20pm on Thursday, October 5.

The crash involved the motorbike and a lorry parked near the junction with Francis Close. The man, who was in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Essex Police closed the road to traffic while emergency services attended the scene. An investigation is now underway and the force is asking any witnesses to contact officers.
