Three people rushed to hospital after crash in Gloucester

Three people were taken to hospital following a crash in Gloucester[1] yesterday evening (October 25). Emergency services were called to Finlay Road at around 6.45pm.
They arrived to find that the crash had involved three cars. Gloucestershire Police[2] officers closed the road while paramedics took care of the casualties.
It has since been confirmed that three people were rushed to Gloucester Royal Hospital by ambulance. The road was reopened by police shortly after.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 18:51hrs on Wednesday 25 October to a road traffic incident on Finlay Road, Gloucester. We sent a double-crewed land ambulance and a rapid response vehicle and we conveyed three patients by land ambulance to Gloucester Royal Hospital.”
Gloucestershire Police said: "Officers were called to a report of a three car collision on Finlay Road in Gloucester last night (Wednesday 25 October) at 6.44pm and road closures were put in place. Those involved were left in the care of paramedics."
