Teenager taken to hospital after crash with car in Sidcup

A teenager has been taken to hospital after a crash in Sidcup.
The incident between a car and a pedestrian happened in Chislehurst Road at 1.30pm today (October 17).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a teen injured.
The teen was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital for further treatment.
Their condition is currently unknown.
Bus routes 160,229,269,286,625, B14, and R11 are currently on diversion, according to AA.
Chislehurst Road remains partially blocked as the incident is being dealt with.
No arrests have been made following the crash.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called today (17 October) at 1:30pm to reports of a road traffic collision between a car and a pedestrian at the junction between Upperton Road and Chislehurst Road, Sidcup.
“We sent an ambulance crew and a medic in a fast-response car.
“We treated a teenager at the scene, before taking them to hospital.”

“Detour in operation – bus Routes Affected: 160,229,269,286,625,B14,R11.”
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “At 13:30hrs on Tuesday 17 October officers were called to a road traffic collision between a car and a pedestrian on Chislehurst Road, Sidcup.
“Police attended the scene and assisted the London Ambulance Service (LAS) who were treating a teenager.
“The teenager was taken to a nearby hospital, we await an update on their condition.
“There have been no arrests.”
