Severn Valley Railway volunteer raises funds with home Halloween …
Stourport resident and Severn Valley Railway[1] volunteer[2] Nick Wright is raising money for the Railway by putting on a Halloween light show at his house.
The show takes place every night between 5pm and 9pm until Tuesday 31 October, and involves a synchronised display of thousands of lights accompanied by themed music.

Donations can be made at the site of the display – Nick’s house on Malham Road, DY13 8NN – with contactless and cash options, or online at Just Giving[3].
Severn Valley Railway is celebrating Halloween with Ghost Trains and 18+ Scream Trains on Saturday 28, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 October. A few tickets are still available from the Railway’s website[4].
The heritage railway welcomes around a quarter of a million visitors per year. It runs steam and diesel locomotives along its sixteen miles between Kidderminster and Bridgnorth[5] with six stations[6].
