Police called to Newcastle RVI after vehicle crashes into hospital
A vehicle crashed into a Newcastle upon Tyne[1] hospital this afternoon, with police rushing to the scene to deal with the incident.
Northumbria Police[2] confirmed that a vehicle crashed into Newcastle RVI shortly before 3pm this afternoon (October 27), with officers deployed to the scene.
Thankfully, no one is believed to have been injured through the incident and a police were remaining at the scene.
A Force spokesperson said: “Officers are currently at the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVI) in Newcastle, after receiving a report a vehicle had collided with the building.
“No one is believed to have sustained any serious injuries.”
