Motorcyclist in his 20s killed in Ockley crash involving two cars

Police have appealed for witnesses after a fatal crash in Ockley[1] on Saturday evening (September 30). A man in his twenties who was riding a motorbike was sadly killed in the accident, which involved the motorcycle and two cars at around 7.30pm.

The incident happened on Forest Green Road in Ockley and saw the road closed into the night in both directions at the junction with Mole Street. A spokesperson for Surrey Police[2] issued a statement on Saturday night.

They said: “We’re appealing for witnesses after a collision between the drivers of two cars and a motorcycle on Forest Green Road in Ockley at around 7.30pm this evening (September 30). The motorcyclist, a man in his twenties, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.”

Police have confirmed the man’s next of kin have been informed. The force also said the drivers of the other cars were not seriously injured. The spokesperson added: “If you witnessed the collision, or have any dashcam footage of the area at the time, please contact us quoting reference 0880 of 30/09.”
