Men captured on CCTV as teen assaulted while walking with friends

Fresh CCTV has been released after reports a teenager was seriously assaulted. Kent Police are continuing to investigate the alleged attack in Canterbury[1] and want to speak to three men captured in new CCTV footage.

It was reported that the victim, aged in his late teens, was walking with two friends in the city’s St George’s Street when they spoke to another group of people. The victim was assaulted shortly after, suffering a head injury which needed hospital treatment.

Officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident which took place at around 4am on Saturday, October 7. As part of their enquiries, they have released a second CCTV image of three men they want to identify, as they may have information that could assist the investigation.
