Marlow: Trains from Bourne End cancelled after signal failure
National Rail has warned people travelling into Marlow on the South Western Railway line from Maidenhead this morning (October 31) to make alternative arrangements or use provided road transport services between Bourne End and Marlow after a signal failure caused disruption on the line.
The train network first informed those hoping to travel between Marlow and Bourne End that transport between the two stations “may be terminated” from Bourne End as a result of a signalling fault yesterday evening (October 30).
A representative for National Rail indicated on its Twitter/X page that the termination of services between the two stops would remain in place until at least 12pm this afternoon.
Road transport is currently being provided from Marlow to Bourne End and vice versa, operating on the same departure schedule as the train line.
