The tragic crash has prompted Cllr Richard Webber, who represents Sutton Courtenay and Marcham on Oxfordshire County Council, to join a task and finish group of the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) Scrutiny Committee.

In the role, he will be able to raise certain issues with the PCC Matthew Barber.

Task and finish groups are established by scrutiny committees to carry out time-limited examinations of specific issues of interest or concern.
