A man has been rushed to hospital after a bus crashed into a block of flats in Dundee[1]. Residents living on Blackness Avenue in the city were also evacuated and the street was shut after emergency services descended on the scene.
The building was also evacuated following the incident[2] which happened at about 11.25pm on Saturday. Police[3] confirmed that one man was taken by ambulance to hospital for treatment.
Images show a local bus had significantly damaged the block of flats after colliding with the front of them. All residents have been moved from the flats as a precaution, with Blackness Avenue remaining close this morning while an investigation is undertaken.
