Man dies after three-vehicle crash on A2
A man has died following a three-vehicle crash on the A2 in Kent[1] this morning (October 18). Officers were called to the collision near Barham at around 6.40am.
It was reported a blue BMW 3 Series was joining the A2 via the London-bound A260 slip road, when it was involved in a collision with a silver Vauxhall Corsa and a white DAF lorry. The driver of the Corsa, a man his 60s, died at the scene.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: "Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are carrying out enquiries and would like to hear from anyone who might have witnessed the incident. They are also appealing for anyone with dashcam footage taken in the area around the time to come forward."
Witnesses should call the SCIU appeal line on 01622 798538[4] quoting reference HW/HM/113/23 or email [email protected][5].
