Dog incident sees two injured as police called to home
Two people have been injured after being caught between two fighting dogs in a home. The incident happened in Hereford[1] early on Sunday evening (October 22).
Police had been called to Campbell Close in response to an ‘altercation’ between two dogs in the same household. It happened at around 5.15pm.
A man in his 20s suffered an injury to his had while trying to separate the dogs. A woman, also in her 20s, suffered facial injuries when knocked to the ground.
Both people have been taken to hospital, West Mercia Police said. The dog which caused the injury to the man has been recovered from the property and is currently secured at kennels.
