Search for wanted man after police officer assaulted at Miller and …
A man is wanted in connection with an incident where a police officer was assaulted. Essex Police are looking to speak to Mitchell Devonshire, 31, from Colchester, who also goes by the name Mitchell Howe.
He is described as 5ft 6ins tall with dark mousy-brown hair and a large tattoo of a rose on his neck. He has links to Harlow, Colchester, and Hertfordshire.
A statement from Essex Police said: “Officers were called to a disturbance at the Miller and Carter in Epping High Road at around 2.25pm yesterday (Saturday 2 September). When they arrived they found a man who we wanted to speak to in connection with a recall to prison. During the incident, one of our officers was assaulted.”
