M6, M53, M56, M57 and M58 motorway closures starting September 25
The M6, M53, M56, M57 and M58 will close over the coming week.
The motorways, which run through Merseyside, will see closures this week as National Highways continue to repair the region's roads. This week there are no weekend closures according to the National Highways journey planning tool including the M6 and M57.
Here are the motorway closures you can expect in Merseyside this week.
This list is subject to changes from National Highways.
Monday, September 25
The M6 southbound between junctions 22 and 26 will be closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 southbound between junctions nine and 12 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M56 westbound between junctions 14 and 15 will be closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M57 northbound between junctions four and six will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 5pm.
The M57 southbound between junctions six and seven will be closed between 9pm and 5am.
The M58 westbound between junctions one and the M57 will have one lane closed between 9pm and 5am.
Tuesday, September 26
The M53 southbound between junctions nine and 12 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M56 westbound between junctions 14 and 15 will be closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M58 westbound between junctions one and three will be closed between 9pm and 5am.
The M58 eastbound between junctions one and M57 will be closed between 9pm and 5am.
Wednesday, September 27
The M53 southbound between junctions nine and 12 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M56 westbound between junctions 14 and 15 will be closed between 9pm and 5am.
Thursday, September 28
The M53 southbound between junctions nine and 12 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M56 westbound between junctions 14 and 15 will be closed between 8pm and 6am.
Friday, September 29
The M6 southbound between junctions 23 and 26 will be closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 southbound between junctions nine and 12 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M56 westbound between junctions 14 and 15 will be closed between 8pm and 6am.
Saturday, September 30
No closures
