Elderly woman, 87, robbed at city centre cash point

An elderly woman was robbed at a Bristol[1] cash point moments after withdrawing money from the machine in the city centre. Avon and Somerset Police[2] said the incident happened at around 12pm on August 21 in Merchant Street, Broadmead[3].
The force said an 87-year-old woman who has hearing and vision loss, was approached by a man shortly after withdrawing money from the machine. He took an envelope containing the cash[4] and made off from the scene.
