A man riding an e-scooter has been killed after he was involved in a collision with a car being driven on a dual carriageway near the M4.

The man, who has not been named, was riding the e-scooter on the A4042, which connects the valleys north of Newport with the M4 motorway in South Wales, just after midnight last night.
