All the M4 closures announced for the week ahead

A number of closures have been announced on the M4 in Wales and England this week with drivers told to expect delays. There are a host of maintenance works being carried out along the motorway.
Motorists are asked to take into account the closures before heading off to avoid rushing or lateness due to delays. Areas affected include Margam, Cardiff[1] and Rogiet.

All the M4 closures in Wales:
- Junction 38 Margam to junction 37 Pyle will be shut due to maintenance work from August 29 until September 12. The road will be closed between 8pm and 6am each day.

Junction 30 Cardiff Gate to junction 27 High Cross will be closed because of maintenance work between August 29 and October 2. It will be closed between 8pm and 6am each day.

Junction 44 Lon Las will be shut due to maintenance work between September 4 and September 15. The road will be closed between 8pm and 6am each day,
- Junction 23 Rogiet to junction 22 Pilning/Prince of Wales Bridge is closed due to maintenance work. The road is shut between September 11 and 13, between 9pm and 6am.
All the M4[5] closures in England:

Roadworks are planned on the M4 eastbound between junctions 20 and 19. Disruption is expected everyday between 9pm and 5am from September 11 to 14.

Disruption is expected between on the M4 eastbound between junctions 23 and 22 everyday between 9pm and 6am from September 11 to 13.

Disruption is expected on the M4 westbound between junctions 22 and 23 everyday between 10pm and 6am from September 13 to 15.

Litter clearance is planned on the M4 eastbound between junctions 5 and 3. Disruption is expected everyday between 10pm and 5am between September 11 and 16.
