Tragedy as man dies in Bradford home – police statement in full

Police have confirmed a man has been found dead in Keighley[1].

On Sunday, August 20, officers from West Yorkshire Police (WYP)[2] were called to Harewood Rise, Bradford, following concern for the safety of a man. Two police vehicles were spotted at the scene. Following enquiries officers determined that the incident is being treated as non-suspicious.

Confirming the details of what happened, a spokesperson for WYP said: “Police were called at 6.26am yesterday (August 20) to reports of a concern for safety at an address on Harewood Rise, Keighley. A man was pronounced dead at the scene.

“His death is being treated as non-suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.”
