Motorcyclist dies in three-vehicle crash near Frome as police appeal …

A motorcyclist died in a three-vehicle crash near Frome[1] yesterday afternoon (August 22). Avon and Somerset Police officers were called to the B3099 Marsh Road, in Standerwick, at around 5pm.

It has been confirmed today (August 23) that the rider of a motorcycle, a man aged in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigating officers are now urging anyone who saw the crash or who has relevant dashcam footage to get in touch.

Avon and Somerset Police[2] said: “Officers are keen to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision, or have any relevant footage which can aid enquiries. If you can help, please contact 101 and quote reference 5223203532.
