M27 junction 3 slip road remains closed after diesel spillage
The entry slip road at junction three on the eastbound side is closed for resurfacing until 6am tomorrow, August 10.
Motorists faced long delays[1] stretching back across the A31 today as the spillage was dealt with.
According to the fire service, the incident was a result of a crash between two lorries.
No injuries were reported.
The #M27[2] eastbound entry slip road at J3 in #Hampshire[3] is closed for resurfacing (until 06:00 10/08) following an earlier collision and diesel spillage.

Roads across Southampton[6] were also hit with delays as a result.
Motorists have been urged to allow for extra time for their journey if travelling in that direction tomorrow.
