Passengers travelling to Bristol Parkway and Bristol Temple Meads are advised to travel via Reading or London. Ticket acceptance is in place to allow passengers to do so.

You can use your ticket on the following services at no extra cost:

  • Avanti West Coast between Birmingham New Street and London Euston (in both directions)

  • Great Western Railway via any reasonable route

  • London Underground[1]

  • Transport for Wales between Cheltenham Spa and Cardiff Central (in both directions)

  • West Midlands Railway between Birmingham New Street and Worcester Shrub Hill (in both directions)

Road transport will be in place between Birmingham New Street and Bristol Parkway from 18:20.

Great Western Railway

A shuttle service of taxis is currently in operation between Cheltenham Spa, Ashchurch, Worcester Shrub Hill & Worcester Foregate Street stations. Check before you travel:
