There is heavy traffic on the A259 at Newhaven following a crash involving three vehicles this morning (August 2).
The road is now closed and heavy traffic is forming.
According to AA travel watch, three vehicles were involved in a collision on the A259[1] Newhaven[2] Road both ways between B2109 Avis Road (Denton roundabout) and Mill Drove.
The crash is believed to have taken place at around 5.00am.
The road is now closed and heavy traffic is forming, with cars stuck in ques for more than one hour.
