Charlbury crash on B4437 sees man sustain life-threatening injuries
A man remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries after his van crashed in Charlbury, Oxfordshire. The driver, in his 30s, was driving a white Ford Transit van on Saturday, August 12 when he came off the road at 6.30pm.
He was driving on the B4437 road[1] which runs from Charlbury to Woodleys. His van veered off of the road and into a wooded area between the two areas.
Thames Valley Police[2] are appealing for witnesses or anyone with any information on the single-vehicle crash to come forward. Officers are also looking for dash-cam footage of the incident.
Investigating officer PC Dan Conboy, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: "We are appealing for any information[4] from any witnesses to a road traffic collision that took place on the B4437 in Charlbury, Oxfordshire.
"Anyone with information or dash-cam footage can call us on 101 or make a report on our website, quoting reference number 43230360033. Alternatively, you can call the independent charity, Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111."
