Car wrecked as Glasgow driver crashes into parked motor on city …
A car crashed into a parked motor then collided with railings on a Glasgow street, it's claimed.
Pictures of the wrecked vehicle on Mossvale Road show the extent of damage following the incident shortly before 9am this morning.
Emergency services descended on the scene, with pictures showing a police[1] cordon around the vehicle.
An eyewitness told GlasgowLive: "Two cars were involved, the other one was on a tow truck. The scene has been cleaned up now.
"Only the bent guardrail and elements of the car remained."
Images sent in by a reader show one car's bumper completely destroyed as the vehicle is wedged between railings.
Debris can be seen surrounding the motor with most of the impact on the drivers side.
A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: "Around 8.55am on Monday, August 21 we were called to Mossvale Road, Glasgow, after a car crashed into a stationary vehicle.
