Burglars bust into home to steal three bikes worth around ?8000

Three bikes with a combined value of almost £8,000 have been stolen during a burglary[1]. The break-in happened in Stonehouse[2] between Monday (July 31) at 10pm and 5am on Tuesday (August 1).

Raiders forced their way into a home in Crescent Road, Stonehouse, and made off with an electric bike, an electric motocross bike and a mountain bike. Investigating officers at Gloucestershire police[3] are asking local residents to please come forward if they've seen the bikes, witnessed what happened or have information on the incident.

The stolen bikes, which have a combined value of nearly £8,000, are a purple coloured Specialized Status mountain bike, light lime green coloured Specialized Turbo Vado electric hybrid bike and a red and black Oset MX10 electric dirt bike.

Officers would also like to hear from anyone who has CCTV or dashcam footage which they feel may be relevant. Information can be provided online by completing the online form[5] and quoting incident 61 of August 1.
