Brick thrown at car window after Surrey ‘road rage’ incident

A brick has been thrown at a car window following a 'road rage incident' in Surrey. The brick was thrown on Pretoria Road, Chertsey after the incident near Miller and Carter on Guildford Road.

Surrey Police[1] has now launched an investigation into the incident, which took place between 4.45pm and 5pm on Thursday, August 17. Anyone with information is being urged by police.

A Surrey Police spokesperson said: "We are appealing for witnesses following an incident of criminal damage where a brick was thrown at the window of a car, on Thursday August 17 between 4.45pm and 5pm in Chertsey[2]. The incident occurred on Pretoria Road following an incident of road rage that first took place outside Miller and Carter on Guildford[3] Road.

"The suspects’ car is described as light blue and possibly an Audi or BMW. The victim's car was a Silver Ford Mondeo. The suspect who is believed to have thrown the brick was a passenger described as a White man in his 20s and wearing a lime green t-shirt.
