The most wanted men in Humberside including murder suspects …
Two prolific thieves are among the latest people police are trying to track down as June proved a busy month for Humberside Police tracking down the region’s most wanted.
At one stage around seven criminals were being sought in June but that number has thankfully reduced to three. But there are also ten other alleged criminals[1] wanted by officers who have been on the run for bwtween several months to five years. Among them are two murder suspects who have been at large after a worrying amount of time.
Detectives are working around the clock to find the fugitives wanted in connection with a number of crimes and Humberside Police[2] have issued a number of appeals across East Yorkshire and northern Lincolnshire.
In the most recent appeals, two are suspected of being prolific thieves while another is wanted on prison recall. One murder suspect has been sought for nearly five years and officers are still trying to track down a man they want to speak to after a high-profile murder in Hull last year.
Here, we take a look at the suspects on the run, who are wanted in connection with a number of different crimes across East Yorkshire and northern Lincolnshire.

Ardit Hoxha, Eneri Demalji and Albert Hida
Humberside Police are still searching for three men in connection with three large-scale cannabis growing operations discovered in Grimsby and Immingham back in 2020.
Officers have undertaken extensive enquiries to locate the men, who are suspected of being involved in cannabis factory set-ups that have been raided by police. The operations were described as sophisticated and were found by police during Operation Galaxy raids on properties around the area.
Albert Hida, 36, is sought in relation to a cannabis factory of 214 plants discovered at an address on Hainton Avenue, in Grimsby. Officers discovered the plants at an empty property in July 2020 and found an operation with crops in various stages of growth.
Meanwhile, both Eneri Demalji, 24, and Ardit Hoxha, 33, are sought in relation to a 205 plants that were found at an address on Elsenham Road, in Grimsby. Officers found drugs and elaborate growing equipment at the West Marsh property in August 2020.

Robert Rimmer

An appeal to find Robert Rimmer caused a stir when a social media appeal was made in December due to his “good looks”, despite his violent history. Mr Rimmer, originally from Ashton-Under-Lyne in Manchester, is wanted concerning drug-related offences in the Humber area. He has known links to Hull and other parts of the country.
If members of the public see him, they are encouraged not to approach him and to instead report the sighting to police. The 36-year-old is of a muscular build with tattoos on his arm, and is known to sport a beard.
He was previously jailed in 2013 for repeatedly stabbing former Manchester United player Ronnie Wallwork in an “eruption of extreme violence”. Mr Rimmer was told he could have killed Mr Wallwork when he attacked him with a fish knife in the VIP lounge of a trendy Manchester bar, a Judge said at Manchester Crown Court at the time. Mr Rimmr was sentenced to five and a half years in prison for the offence.
Sharing the appeal online, Humberside Police posted: “Have you seen wanted man 36-year-old Robert Rimmer? Officers are keen to speak to him in connection with an ongoing investigation into drugs related offences in our area.
“Robert is originally from the Ashton-Under-Lyne area of Manchester but has known links to Hull, Cheshire, Liverpool and Blackpool. Moise Djuku
(Image: Facebook)
By far the most high-profile Hull-area suspect police are hunting is Moise Djuku who is the main suspect in the murder of Corey Dobbe. Corey, 23, was stabbed to death by the Holderness Drain, near Harleston Close, in the Longhill area of Hull, on June 13. His death sparked a murder investigation, with detectives pursuing hundreds of leads in a bid to find his killer.
It is clear to both the police and Corey’s family and friends that Djuku is being harboured. On the six-month anniversary of Corey’s death, Crimestoppers doubled its reward to £10,000 for information leading to the capture of Djuku. That led to an initial flurry of important new lines of enquiry. However, none have so far led to the arrest of Moise Djuku and he remains a wanted man. Moise is believed to have links to Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester.
“Throughout the course of the investigation detectives have been working tirelessly around the clock following up on lines of enquiry provided to us,” Senior Investigating Office (SIO) Detective Chief Inspector Alan Curtis said.
“There has been a huge police operation surrounding this investigation and I’d like to thank members of the public for their continued support throughout the investigation. It is frustrating that we have not managed to track Moise Djuku down, despite extensive searches, a nationwide wanted appeal and a BBC Crimewatch appeal.
“Someone out there knows where he is and we would welcome any information that would help us locate him. I would ask again for anyone who knows where Moise Djuku is to come forward and give us that vital information.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Humberside Police on the non-emergency number 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
