Road rage thug gets out of car to assault boy, 11, before fleeing scene

An 11-year-old boy was left with a swollen and bruised face after he was assaulted in the street. The youngster was attacked by a man who got out of his car to assault the boy, police have said.

The boy was walking on Marston Grove in Staffordshire[1] at 3.30pm on Tuesday, January 31, when he was approached by a man driving a silver car. The man said something to the boy before assaulting him.

The man, described as Asian and in his mid-20s, then left the scene in his vehicle. He was wearing all black clothes at the time of the attack.

Following the ordeal, police have reviewed CCTV and spoken to a number or people. They are now – six-months after the incident – appealing for information regarding what happened.
