The incident raised all sorts of problems for Steve Kelly, Major Incident Manager at Crouch Recovery and Steve quite rightly gained praise from the audience for the way it was handled. As ever, the recovery industry steps up and provides solutions. You can read the feature on page 24.

The EV issue keeps raising more and more questions, one of which is charging. GYS hope to go some way to answer this with their new portable charger, more details are on page 16, it seems to be a product well worth investigating.
