Plymouth Magistrates’ Court list: Drink drivers, threateners and …
Plymouth’s latest court list is in and 33 men and women have found themselves at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court recently.
Recent attendees of the courts will have witnessed a series of men who have been brought to court because they have harassed others, sometimes with threats of violence.
In addition one man was handed a suspended sentence for having two still and three moving indecent images of children. Meanwhile three parents were upbraided and fined considerable – but different – sums for failing to ensure their children attended school.

DRINK/DRUG DRIVE
KIMBERLY LORD, aged 33 of The Broadway, Plymstock: Drove on Embankment Road with 69mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Community order – Rehabilitation Activity Requirement up to eight days. Unpaid work 70 hours. Victim surcharge £114. Court costs £150. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.
JAKE ROUSON, aged 30, Barne Close, Plymouth: Drove on Linketty Lane West, with 76mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Community order – Alcohol Abstinence Requirement, abstain for 60 days. Fined £160. Victim surcharge £114. Court costs £85. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.
KENNETH WILLIAM COLLEY, aged 50 of Risdon Avenue, Prince Rock: Drove on Orchard Road with 46ugs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Fined £180. Victim surcharge £72. Court costs £450. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.
TINA MARTIN, aged 46 of undisclosed address (due to court order): Drove on Exeter Street with 804ug/L cannabis in blood exceeding specified limit. Court costs £85. Victim surcharge £48. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Fined £120.
STEPHEN SAINT, of Berkshire Drive, Plymouth: Drive on Beacon Park Road with Benzoylecgonine in blood exceeding the specified limit. Court costs £85. Victim surcharge £56. Disqualified for 22 months. Fined £140.
DAVID ROWE, of Cockington Walk, Plymouth: Drove on Tavistock Road with Benzoylecgonine in blood exceeding specified limit. Disqualified from driving for three years. Fined £120. Court costs £85. Victim surcharge £48.

ADAM LAVIS, aged 37 of Embankment Road, Plymouth: Drove on Old Laira Road in excess of speed limit. Fined £200. Victim surcharge £88. Court costs £135. Disqualified from driving for six months. Driving record endorsed three points.
