Man who died in horror lorry crash on Scots road pictured for first time
A man who died in a horror crash has been named by police.
Thomas Hein was the driver in a HGV when it crashed near Moffat in the Scottish Borders[1] on the A74(M).

The 25-year-old was the only occupant when the lorry crashed at lunchtime on Friday July 14.
The HGV he was driving crashed near to junction 15 on the road around 2.05pm.
Mr Hein was originally from Baden- Württemberg in Germany[2].
The road was closed as an investigation into the crash was underway.
It was closed for over 12 hours as officers searched the scene.
And it reopened around 3am on Saturday July 15.
Police[3] are now appealing for information to help establish the full circumstances of the crash.
They are asking anyone with any information who has not already been in touch to do so.

Emergency services[5] raced to the scene in Dean Park, Peebles, in the Scottish Borders, shortly before 1pm today.
An investigation is now underway into the circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
