M4 hit by accidents as several areas underwater and landslide …

Two separate accidents are causing delays on the M4 near Swansea on Saturday morning (July 15) and there is a warning of flooding on parts of the motorway. In a separate incident, a landslide has blocked a railway line in the Valleys.
The first accident on the happened on the eastbound carriageway between junction 47 Penllergaer and junction 46 Llangyfelach. Traffic Wales is urging people to "pass with care". Traffic cameras show that police are at the scene. A second accident closed one lane of the M4 eastbound at junction 47 Penllergaer.
Flooding is also causing major issues for drivers on the westbound entry slip road at junction 43 Llandarcy. There is a 30mph speed limit in place in the area.
On the railways, Transport for Wales has said that "due to a landslip" between Merthyr Vale and Abercynon all lines are blocked with disruption expected until the end of the day. See more on that here[1].
It comes as more bad weather is set to hit Wales with a second weather warning for large parts of the country to start at 9am today.
The warning says that a deep area of low pressure will affect parts of the UK on Saturday with some very strong gusts of wind likely to the south. The yellow alert says: "A blustery and showery day (with some thunder) will see winds gust widely to 40 mph, and perhaps up to 55 mph during the daytime in association with showers."
It also warns:. "Some minor damage and travel disruption is likely."
