A shuttle service is running between Billericay and Southend Victoria.

Customers are advised that Greater Anglia tickets are being accepted on c2c services between Fenchurch Street and Southend Central.

Customers are advised to walk to Fenchurch Street from Liverpool Street, but for those who would prefer to take the underground, Greater Anglia tickets are being accepted between Liverpool Street and Tower Hill (for Fenchurch Street) on the Circle Line.

Greater Anglia is currently attempting to source alternative road transport.

Network Rail are investigating and looking to rectify the fault, the train operator says.
