Delays on the A63 both ways with westbound crash and eastbound …

Motorists are experiencing delays on both sides of the A63 this morning as a result of two separate incidents.

On the eastbound carriageway, it is reported that a vehicle has broken down on the A63 between Hessle and St Andrew's Quay, leading to delays. On the westbound carriageway, it is understood that there has been a crash near Smith and Nephew, causing further delays.

It is reported that the crash on the westbound carriageway involved a car and a lorry, though it is currently unclear whether anyone was injured. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and allow extra time for their journeys.
