Crash on Glasgow road between ambulance and car as police rush …

Emergency services have rushed to a crash involving an ambulance and car in Glasgow's East End[1] this evening.
The collision happened at around 7.15pm this evening on London Road, with police[2] and ambulance services at the scene attending shortly after.
Images show one ambulance on its side and a red Peugeot with significant damage to its front, as well as a heavy emergency service response.
A Police Scotland[4] spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a crash involving an ambulance and a car on London Road around 7.15pm on Wednesday, 26 July.
“Emergency services are at the scene and enquiries are ongoing.”
The extent of any injuries is not known at this time. The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
