Biker suffers serious injury after crash with Ford Mondeo
A man suffered a serious leg injury after a crash between a car and a motorbike.
Merseyside Police[1] were called to a crash involving a Ford Mondeo and a Yamaha motorbike on Bromborough Village Road in Bromborough[2] just before 7am on Monday, July 10. The motorbike rider, a man in his 40s, has been taken to hospital with a serious leg injury.
A 30-year-old man from Woodchurch[3] has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving and is in police custody for questioning. Road closures were in place at the time of the incident but the roads have now been reopened.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and for any CCTV and dash camera footage which may have captured the incident in order to assist the investigation.
