There are delays of 100 minutes on the A303 in Wiltshire[1] this evening (July 31). A lane is closed on each side of the road following a crash earlier today.
The collision took place between Deptford and Stonehenge[2] shortly after 3pm. According to National Highways, crews are still working to clear debris from the scene.
Wiltshire Police[3] were in attendance to help with the traffic flow. Vehicles on both sides of the carriageway were able to pass the scene from around 4.45pm.
National Highways South West said in a tweet at 7.02pm: “Lanes closures remain in place on the #A303 in both directions between A36 (#Deptford) and A360 (#Stonehenge) due to a collision.
“Carriageway clear up crews for the debris are now on scene. Delays of 100 minutes in the area.”
