A12 reopens near Colchester after three-vehicle crash – but delays …
The A12 Londonbound saw both lanes closed between Junction 27, Spring Lane/A133 and Junction 26, Eight Ash Green/A1124.
It comes after a crash reportedly involving a car, lorry and a van.
Long delays were in place, with queues back six miles to Junction 29 for Ardleigh.
Emergency services are at the scene.

The East of England Ambulance Service confirmed one woman was taken to hospital following the crash.
A spokesperson said: “One ambulance and one ambulance officer vehicle were called to a road traffic collision on the A12 near Stanway, Colchester this afternoon.
“Four patients were assessed at the scene and one woman was transported to Colchester General Hospital for further assessment and care.”
A National Highways confirmed the road reopened at about 3pm.
A spokesman said: “Police confirm traffic has been released in all lanes.
“Please allow time for the delays to ease, just under five miles of congestion remains. Delays of up to 40 minutes.”
